Proposals first

  • Every engagement starts with a written proposal: scope, timeline and price.
  • Fixed-scope work is fixed. Custom work is scoped after discovery — no open-ended billing.

Ownership

  • Domains, code, content, stores and ad accounts live in your accounts.
  • On handover you receive docs and training; credentials transfer with the project.

Support and changes

  • A fix window follows every launch; optional monthly care covers updates after that.
  • Out-of-scope requests get a fresh quote before work starts — never a surprise invoice.

Honesty clause

  • No guaranteed rankings, no invented metrics, no AI claims without customer benefit.
  • If we can’t do something well, we’ll say so and suggest who can.
